Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PageLaunch, we strive to be transparent with our billing. As we offer digital services that involve immediate manual labor and server configuration, our policy is as follows:

1. Setup Fee (£67)

The one-time Setup Fee covers the immediate costs of domain configuration, secure hosting setup, Google indexing, and the manual design of your initial website.

  • Before Work Begins: If you request a cancellation within 2 hours of payment and before we have started building your site, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After Work Begins: Once our team has started the configuration or design process, the Setup Fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the labor and software costs incurred to launch your platform.

2. Monthly Subscription (£10/month)

Your subscription covers hosting, SSL security, maintenance, and support.

  • Cancel Anytime: There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@pagelaunch.co or logging into your Stripe billing portal.
  • No Partial Refunds: If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your site will remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days.

3. Failed Payments

If a monthly payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment is not received within 7 days, your website may be temporarily suspended until the balance is cleared.
